Pescado a la Parilla (Grilled Fish) - Atlantic salmon or sushi-grade tuna served over garlic sautéed greens with mushroom, onion & cherry tomato, garnished with roasted sweet pepper sauce. *


"Pez-Gato" del Caribe (Carribean Catfish) - Pan-fried with Margaret's jerk rub and served with pineapple-mango salsa, cole slaw and plantanos fritos (fried plantains).


Chuletas de Puerco (Pork Chops) - Two center-cut chops marinated in a smoky, spicy, chipotle sauce and grilled to order. Served with green beans and colache (sautéed corn, zucchini, tomatoes, sweet peppers, onion and garlic). *


Pollo Asado (Rotisserie Chicken) - Fresh whole chicken rotisserie-roasted with Margaret's seasonings and finished on the grill. Served with you choice of BBQ, blue cheese, hot wing or Greek sauce and two side dishes: Southwestern grits, black beans, colache, green chile mashed potatoes, Spanish brown rice, cole slaw, fresh-cut fries, garlic-sautéed greens or green beans. * (blue cheese not GF)

Fajitas - Choose from chicken breast, salmon, shrimp,sirloin or tempeh & sautéed mushrooms. Served on a sizzling platter with grilled mixed sweet peppers, onion and Mexican spices. Accompanied by Spanish brown rice, lettuce & tomato, Cantina salsa, shredded cheese, sour cream, guacamole and your choice of warm flour or white corn torillas. V/GF


Tofu y Hongos Guisados (Sauteed Tofu and Mushrooms) - Tofu in red chile marinade, topped with a saute of mixed mushrooms including shitakes and portabella seasoned with garlic, ginger and scallions. Served over quinoa pilaf with garlic sautéed seasonal greens. VV/*


Plato de Legumbres (Vegetable Plate) - Choose any four: Southwestern grits, black beans, colache, green chile mashed potatoes, Spanish brown rice, cole slaw, fresh-cut fries, garlic sautéed greens or green beans. V/*


Huevos Rancheros - Soft white corn tortillas topped with two fried eggs and black beans garnished with queso fresco. Served with a side of Cantina salsa. V/GF


Sopa Seca Picosa (Spicy Mexican Lasagna) - Layers of corn tortilla chips, chicken or black beans, cheese and spicy salsa ranchera, all baked together, then ladled with more salsa and garnished with lettuce & tomato and a dollop of sour cream. V/GF
